At Off-Grid Solutions, we work hard to offer quality products at competitive prices. Because of our low pricing structure, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Items that have been used, installed, or modified

• Products returned without prior approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the product and packaging

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Off-Grid Solutions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
